MY INTEGRATED PRACTICE
I no longer separate these practices into individual modalities. Each session is unique, and I remain open to whatever is needed in the moment. I draw upon my experiences with Reiki, Craniosacral, Quantum Touch, Shamanic Medicine, Universal Vibrational Frequencies, and soul messages as I am guided throughout the session.
Rather than following a prescribed formula, I create space to listen, connect, and allow the work to unfold naturally.
REIKI
A gentle energy-based practice that invites relaxation, awareness, and a sense of balance. Reiki can provide a peaceful space to pause, reconnect, and become more aware of what you are experiencing.

A gentle, hands on practice that works with the body's natural rhythms and invites deep relaxation, awareness, and a greater sense of ease.

An energy-based practice that focuses on breath, intention, awareness, and the body's natural capacity for balance and relaxation.

A spiritual energy practice centered on love, light, intention, and connection. I work with Universal Vibrational Frequencies as a way of creating space for reflection, awareness, and deeper connection.

A sacred practice rooted in ancient traditions, exploring connection, intention, personal reflection, and the relationship between the individual and the larger web of life.
